Do I have to place a minimum order?
Yes, you’ll need to order at least one dozen cookies at a time. We promise you’ll be glad you did! You may even want an extra dozen for good measure.
Where are you located?
We do not have a Cookie Girl storefront, but if you are located in the Houston, Texas, area, you can call us to set up a consulation location of your choice at 832-360-8101. For those outside the Houston area, please feel free to call us or email us about your order!
How will my cookies be packaged?
For local delivery or pickup, you can have your cookies individually wrapped with a coordinating ribbon, in a bakery box, or on a tray. Cookies shipped through the U.S. Postal Service are individually wrapped and packaged carefully to arrive intact. In the unfortunate case that some of your cookies arrive broken, please call us right away.
Why can’t I order my custom cookies online?
We prefer to talk to you about your order over the phone or via email to make sure we can create exactly the cookies the you envision. We can help you brainstorm and explore options for shapes, sizes, colors and designs. It’s actually the part that we like best!
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
If you want your cookies shipped to you, please allow at least two weeks between placing your order and the date you need your cookies to arrive. For delivery orders, please call us at least one week in advance. If you need a rush order, please give us a call.
How long will it take for my cookies to arrive?
Each batch of cookies takes about three days to make and decorate, depending on the complexity of your design and the size of your order. Cookies are shipped priority mail through USPS, which can take between 2 to 5 days to arrive.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do deliver. Delivery fees are based on travel distance, so please call us for more information.
